Treat parity as an alternating match state · Reviewed September 2026
The Odd/Even football market on ti7 follows an alternating pattern. The combined goal count starts at zero, which is Even, and every goal moves the total to the opposite side. Settlement uses the parity reached at the end of the period named on the event screen.
Follow the total, not the winning team
Add both scores for the relevant period. Totals that can be divided by two without a remainder are Even; totals with one left over are Odd. The winning margin does not matter, so different scorelines can produce the same parity.
| Example result | Combined parity |
|---|---|
| 2–0 | 2 total goals – Even |
| 2–1 | 3 total goals – Odd |
| 4–2 | 6 total goals – Even |
| 3–0 | 3 total goals – Odd |
How the running state changes during a match
At 0–0 the total is Even. The first goal changes it to Odd, the second returns it to Even and the pattern continues. This makes a live display easy to calculate but still time-sensitive, since the next scoring event reverses the current side.
Open the market on ti7 Sports

Research can frame the match, not settle it early
Team availability, attacking patterns, recent goal counts and defensive changes may provide useful background. They do not guarantee where parity will finish. A match expected to be quiet can still receive a late goal that moves the total to the opposite side.
During live play, ti7 may pause or update the market after an important event. The active fixture screen shows whether a selection is currently open.
Check which total is being counted
Full-match, first-half and team-specific Odd/Even markets can sit near one another. The slip should show the exact label and settlement period. Read that complete description rather than assuming that every two-button parity market uses the final full-time score.
ti7 Odd/Even questions
Why does zero begin on the Even side?
Zero has no remainder when divided by two, so a goalless applicable period is an Even total.
Does extra time always count?
No automatic assumption is safe. Use the stated settlement period and event rules shown by ti7.
Where is the final pre-confirmation check?
The mobile slip displays the fixture, Odd or Even side and amount before submission.
